Second week of 2012 is almost gone

Saturday cold, cold cold and still windy.   Sun and clouds taking turns coloring the landscape.   We have had just a trace of snow so far this winter.   Each time we are scheduled for some sort of precipitation, the temperatures warm up enough that we get rain and lots of it.   At least we are not ''snowed in' but it would be nice to get a few decent snow storms... what is winter without one or  two days of pristine white?
