begining of june and end of the first heat wave of the season!

The heat was intense.  I did spend a few hours outside each day mowing (stayed in the shade as much as i could) but after the 2nd day i sort of lost my mind. all i could do was drink water and keep my feet up.
The flowers have suffered from the intense heat. Not much to be done about that.

hubby had an unwanted project which he dispatched with a vigor i did not know he possessed.
i am impressed!
